How do you provide access to material safety data sheets (MSDS)?

Customers may access MSDSs for Bayer MaterialScience products in the North American region electronically at any time by visiting http://www.baycareonline.com. Once registered for this site, users may search for and access any MSDS for a BMS product.

When will you be registered to ISO 14001?

We do not have current plans to become certified to the ISO14001 Standard. As an active member of the American Chemistry Council (ACC), however, we are in the process of preparing our Responsible Care® Management System (RCMS), which encompasses environmental, health, safety, security and community outreach for third-party certification.

How do you secure facilities against terrorists and other homeland security issues?

All Bayer facilities have performed assessments to determine potential security vulnerabilities and have taken appropriate response measures.
